In the WP toolkit I have auto-update of Themes enabled. My theme has an update. Theme author has hooked it into WordPress's update function and it shows as update in WordPress and Plesk. However, it is not updating. If it shows in Plesk I'd expect it to auto-update.

Let's face it, any host doing things right will have plain FTP disabled. Therefore the Website Importer will almost always fail. It absolutely has to be able to connect over FTPES/FTPS. Is this even on the roadmap? It's a great feature, if only it could work.

How can I remove the default files and directories from Plesk when a new domain is created? The css, img, test directories and the index.html and favicon.ico? I want httpdocs to be blank when a domain is created as WP is auto-installed.

I edited the WordPress Essentials set to add some plugins. Have it set to install WP under a service plan with that Set. Upon WP install it is only installing Akismet and Hello Dolly (the latter I removed from the set). Also tested other untouched sets on other service plans and they don't work...

Upgraded a server to 17.8 to test the new microcaching. When I look a page with browser dev tools I see x-cache-status: BYPASS. I believe this indicates caching is active but the page is not being served from the cache. Tested on a bunch of pages with the same result. Frustrating. Any ideas?

When a reseller is created the service plan "Default Domain" is copied over. How do I edit this? Editing the actual plan doesn't do anything. It copies over a 10gb plan with PHP 5.4. I would like to have a PHP 7 unlimited plan copied over at reseller creation.

Just been looking over a server. It has over a hundred manually installed WordPress instances that are not in the toolkit. Is there a way to scan for all WP on server and get them in the Toolkit?

For the most part the update system is working but we still get the odd WordPress not updating. For example see the image. A v4.8 with Minor switched on and update available for 4.8.1. .

Say I want to use Varnish as default for all domains or domains that want it. Can I not set up a Varnish container and then have end users configure Docker Proxy Rules if they want to use it? Right now the Rules only appear to the admin user. We can't offer Docker anything to Customer level?
