Issue Enable catch all email addresses

Mike Fitzpatrick

New Pleskian
How can Plesk 12.5 re-enable catch all email addresses?
My ISP, Arvixe.com, is claiming that there is no catch all email address for my domain because Plesk 12.5 doesn't support it and support ended in Plesk 10.0. Your docs say differently.

From the ISP:
As discussed, our Windows Support Department agents say that this was a feature of Plesk up to version 10, but was not continued with later versions of Plesk. Currently we are using Plesk version 12.5 .

Here's what I found:
See: http://docs.plesk.com/en-US/12.5/customer-guide/mail-settings/mail-settings-of-domains.73389/
In particular see: http://docs.plesk.com/en-US/12.5/customer-guide/images/74938.png

The settings to create a catchall email address are missing.
"What to do with mail for non-existent users"
How do I re-enable this setting for all my domains on this account?

Go to Plesk > Tools & Settings > Interface Management > Interface Controls Visibility, disable Hide controls for rejection messages for non-existent mail addresses and press OK.
