Need to synchronize second IP after reboot

Hello!

After every reboot, I need to rs-synchronize the second shared IP of my server with Plesk. Can you help me to fix this annoying bug?

Have you tried to use 255.255.255.0 netmask for this IP address?
 
Hi sdmx80,

you could try to restart your network service first:

service network reload

Afterwards, while you are still on the command line, you could use the "ipmanage" - utility:

/usr/local/psa/bin/ipmanage --help ( to see the possible commands! )

/usr/local/psa/bin/ipmanage --reread
( to reread your IPs )

/usr/local/psa/bin/ipmanage --ip_list
( to list the configured IPs )
If all looks as expected on the command line, consider to restart the Plesk Control Panel ( /etc/init.d/psa restart ) and login to your Plesk Control Panel again, to see if the desired configuration is now set up correctly.


If this didn't work for you, please consider to use the Plesk repair utility with the option "--all"

plesk bin repair --all

... and report back in case of any issues/failures/problems with the included log - file, which is automatically generated, when you use the repair - utility ( => /var/log/plesk/ ).​

When your restart the server, nginx is unable to start. The error reads as follows:
Error: Unable to start service: Unable to manage service by nginxmng: ('start', 'nginx'). Error: [2016-03-28 23:09:31] ERR [util_exec] proc_close() failed ['/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/nginx_control' '--start'] with exit code [1]
Can not start proxy server: /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/nginx-config execution failed:
nginx: [emerg] bind() to 89.163.13*.**:80 failed (99: Cannot assign requested address)
nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed

The following steps need to be done before the server works again:
1. Repair IPs
2. Restart nginx via Webserver Configurations Troubleshooter

So, why you can't asp support from your service provider who is Plesk partner? For access to Plesk support you should have Plesk license which was purchased directly from Plesk. Other possible options can be found in this my post - #6
