subscription expiry notice

NCN B.V.

New Pleskian
We just migrated one of our servers from Plesk Panel 8.2 to Plesk Panel 11.0

We now noticed that some of the system-event notices, for instance the subscription expiry notice, are sent every single day starting the day you can configure them to be sent in advance.

Is there a possibility to send such message only once?
If possible, how do I configure that?

I've seen some more questions like this one in this forum, but have not been able to find an answer.

Have you already been at Tools & Settings -> Notifications and set the Send expiration warnings days?

Yes, that option is set to 42 days in our case.
So the warning that the subscription will end on some date is sent for 42 days, if we don't set the subscription end-date to a value more than 42 days in the future. That can get quite annoying...
We would prefer this warning to be sent only once.

Beg your pardon but it is expected behaviour IMHO. Sent once warning can be just forgotten or ignored.
Now there is no possibility to modify this behaviour. Notifications sent by the Daily Maintenance script on daily basis.

Are you sure that is expected behaviour?
Plesk 8.2 surely did not do that, it sent the subscription expiry notice only once.

It is quite annoying if you get a reminder that your subscription ends on a certain date every day starting 30 days in advance, or in our case 42 days in advance.

Just to be complete:
We are running Parallels Panel 11.0.9 Update #19 on Ubuntu 12.04 x86_64
