For WordPress site owners, threats posed by hackers are ever-present. Because of this, we are developing a new security feature for the WP Toolkit. If the topic of WordPress website security is relevant to you, we would be grateful if you could share your experience and help us test the usability of this feature. Backup folder location and permissions

In SB 2 no matter what settings I put on the backup folder SB won't accept it for backups. I keep getting "Access to the backup folder is denied."Even when it is set at 777.

Is there some location where I need to put the folder or someone who needs to own it? I tried root apache psacln and psaserv as owners.

I have checked it on my 2.1.3 installation and when I specify, for example, /root folder for backup I got the same error. But when I specify /tmp folder with 777 permissions no errors occur. Try, for example, to specify /usr/local/sitebuilder/temp folder or something else.
You can also try to use backup utility manually:

/usr/local/sitebuilder/utils/backup.sh script.
