  • Inviting everyone to the UX test of a new security feature in the WP Toolkit
For WordPress site owners, threats posed by hackers are ever-present. Because of this, we are developing a new security feature for the WP Toolkit. If the topic of WordPress website security is relevant to you, we would be grateful if you could share your experience and help us test the usability of this feature. Question Changes to reseller and/or serviceplans?

Tozz

Regular Pleskian
We're seeing issues where our resellers can no longer create new subscriptions, due to incompatible settings in the reseller's serviceplan and the limits configured on the reseller. We are getting complaints from multiple resellers on multiple servers, while we didn't make any changes to the serviceplans.

We are also unable to resolve this issue using the webgui. When I click on Unlock & Sync I get a message that eg. Backup using server repo is enabled in the subscription, disabled in the plan and will be set to disabled. Clicking OK does nothing and gives an error that the subscription could not be synced.

When I try the same using the CLI /opt/psa/bin/subscription, there are no problems and the subscriptions are synced.

Does anybody have any ideas?
