error by upgrade to 11.0.9

Please use parameter 'ignore-key-errors' for 'autoinstaller' in order to upgrade Plesk to the latest version.

$PRODUCT_ROOT_D/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-release-latest --upgrade-installed-components --ignore-key-errors

Could you please provide OS and plesk version?

Are there other errors in /tmp/autoinstaller.log near string
"autoinstaller: Error in execution of /root/parallels/PSA_11.0.9/plesk_getkeyinfo.sh" ?

Did you get this error right now? It was fixed a few hours ago.

JuliuszR, please check md5sum for your plesk_getkeyinfo.sh

#md5sum /root/parallels/PSA_11.0.9/plesk_getkeyinfo.sh

If it is differrent, problem may be caused by CDN or your custom mirrors.
Try to run autoinstaller with "--source=http://64.131.90.31".
