IIS Media Services 4 and Plesk permissions

Hello,
I have 2 x 64 bit servers with windows server 2008
One server has plesk 10 installed, the other server doesn't.

I've just installed/upgraded to the new IIS Media Services 4
After install my silverlight smooth streaming videos have stopped playing on the server that has Plesk installed.

I'm guessing the problem has something to do with Plesk permissions
Please see my post last year when I had problems installing IIS Media Services 3
http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=94877

Any help would be very welcome.

Thanks

Also I've just noticed that I can't access Plesk anymore, I get this message:

ERROR: SWKeyExFatalError
xmlrpc error: Expected <param> to have 1 children, found 0

0: common_func.php3:4585
of_get_key_by_product(string 'plesk-win')

Check the size of the file %plesk_dir%\admin\repository\registry.xml. If file is empty and equals 0KB, delete this file.
Once it is done, try to access to Plesk. New file should be generated automatically.
