New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.57 Update #4
and I am currently experiencing an issue during the installation of Plesk Email Security Pro on our server running Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.57 Update #4, with the operating system being Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS.

The specific problem we are facing is that all sent and received emails are getting stuck in the queue. We have followed the recommended installation steps, but the issue persists.

Does /etc/resolv.conf exist? It should and list the nameservers that your server uses to resolve domain names. One possible content could be:
Code:
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4

Hello Peter,
Indeed, the problem is at the DNS configuration level, the problem has just been resolved almost 30 minutes after opening a ticket with Plesk technical support.
Thank you very much for your response.
