Issue Migration Error | User or role 'user' does not exist in this database.

We are migrating websites from one Windows Plesk server to another Windows Plesk server and we got the following error from the migration tool:

Please advice:

An error occurred while updating database user settings: Failed to update user permissions for user: SQLSTATE[42000]: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]User or role 'user' does not exist in this database.

Thank you for your update. When I do RDP in the old server, it only have 2 options under Login. sa and Builtin users

Here in this error after migration, the error is due to a specific database user added in plesk
