Hello,

I have a very strange problem with my email. A week ago i changed my VPS server so I had to reinstall plesk etc. Everything was working fine untill last friday.

On my laptop when I open webmail or outlook I am not seeing any new emails. I know that I am receiving emails but somehow they do not apear in the mailbox. So i tought let me try with my phone (diffent provider) When I login into the webmail on my phone it sometimes shows the emails I received. After a few login attempts it also disapears from the phone webmail.

I am very confused and don't know what to do.

What's installed
Postfix
Devoc
Roundcube

I did tests with //email/testTo: and i get a perfect match
When i send a mail the mail is send and received
I do receive mails because with test email i see the size of the mailbox grow.

I really hope i could get some help here.

Regards

Sounds like a device is connecting using POP, downloading and removing the mails from your servers mailbox.

Check maillog?

Hello,

I think that I found the problem. The DNS server was not correctly setup with the new DNS records. It was mixing the old one and the new.
