Issue Statistics is not updated for suspended accounts

Version 18.0.56 Update #4
Hi.
I have an issue with traffic statistics

I have few suspended customers, which I was suspending all of their domain, and also their account.
I also have active customers which have all their domains suspended.

some of those customers were not renewed their domains, therefore the domain pointing to somewhere else (Just to clarify that their monthly traffic = 0)
in the Domains List, on the TRAFFIC column, I can see their monthly traffic stays the same as the day I disabled the account. it seemed that the TRAFFIC statistics is not being updated for disabled account or accounts with disabled domains
I am following this for months, and I can see that the TRAFFIC for those specific accounts does not change to 0 as it should be.
Attached is a picture that shows: (see red circles)
1. status of subscription (active subscription)
2. the traffic shown from the admin panel, domain list
3. the traffic shown from within the customer account

I tried to generate statistics manually (CLI) according to documentation , it didn't change the results ( Calculating Statistics )

any ideas how to solve it ?
is it a bug ?
