I have an old version of plesk:
Product version: 11.5.30 Update # 55
Update date: 2016/09/26 09:40
Build date: 2014/04/07 17:00
Build target: RedHat el6
Revision: 324178
Architecture: 64-bit
Wrapper version: 1.1
and since a few weeks when I log in to the panel, I have a subscription error not available for ongoing backups or data recovery.
On the server there is no type of backup or restore data, I tried to restart the processes and then restart the server but the problem is still present. Even the navigation between the different tabs is not possible, therefore from the interface I can not perform any action.
Any idea of the problem?
