Resolved Unable to import mails

Marc D.

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Debian 11.9
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.59
Hello,
I have the 'site import' v1.7 extension installed on a Debian Plesk Obsidian v18.0.59
The “import mails“ feature is not available
The /modules/site-import/index.php/mail-migration/index page results in a “refused access“ error.

I tried to add the following in panel.ini without success

Code:
[ext-site-import]
allowMailImport = true

I have the same problem on 2 servers with the same Plesk version installed.
What am I missing her ?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Marc

Hi, thank you for your answer, Peter.
I was trying to launch the command from the main panel (without selecting a domain first, and by typing “import“ in the search area) and didn't see the “import mails“ link from the domain dashboard.
Thanks to your message, I could see the “import mails“ link from the “emails tab“ :)

Thanks a lot for your help!

Marc
