  • Inviting everyone to the UX test of a new security feature in the WP Toolkit
For WordPress site owners, threats posed by hackers are ever-present. Because of this, we are developing a new security feature for the WP Toolkit. If the topic of WordPress website security is relevant to you, we would be grateful if you could share your experience and help us test the usability of this feature. Migrating from a different platform to Plesk.

All other mail files have been imported except one. This is a big mail file approx 60GB and 226550 emails. The counter seems to complete all the e-mails but then fails.
Re-sync copies a few 3 or 4 email (i assume these are the most recent) then fails.

The mail file is unlimited and there is plenty of disk space on the server.

The mail file size shows 0 in the list of mail accounts, but SSH and looking at the actual mail folder there appears to be about 60GB data.

This is the error:

Command execution failed on the local server with non-zero exit code.
command: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/site-import/backend/lib/python/parallels/core/extras/mail-migrator/linux/mail-migrator migrate --source-account-description-file=/usr/local/psa/var/modules/site-import/sessions/mail-migration-2/mail_migrator_source_account_2024-02-08-16-30-51-1_1 --source-message-ids-cache-file=/usr/local/psa/var/modules/site-import/sessions/mail-migration-2/mail_message_ids_cache.6a31d01de4b6cccb32e7e8765b361982 --target-account-description-file=/usr/local/psa/var/modules/site-import/sessions/mail-migration-2/mail_migrator_target_account_2024-02-08-16-30-51-1_1 --backup-progress-file=/usr/local/psa/var/modules/site-import/sessions/mail-migration-2/mail_migrator_backup_progress_2024-02-08-16-30-51-1_1.json --restore-progress-file=/usr/local/psa/var/modules/site-import/sessions/mail-migration-2/mail_migrator_restore_progress_2024-02-08-16-30-51-1_1.json --source-ca-bundle=/usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/site-import/backend/lib/python/parallels/core/extras/cacert/cacert.pem --target-server-type=dovecot --source-allow-insecure-connections=true --source-host=mail.xxxxxxxxco.uk --source-timeout=30 --stop-mark-file=/usr/local/psa/var/modules/site-import/sessions/mail-migration-2/tasks/2024-02-08-16-30-51-1/stop

There is a good chance that the source mailbox isn't working correctly. You could try to workaround the issue by using the "Mail Importer" from the free "Website Import" extension to import that mailbox separately. You could also try a tool like IMAPsync to do the same.
