Issue Website showing error 500

papahausa

Basic Pleskian
Hello, how fix this error? all firewall disabled.
website cant open, but when i try log to admin panel, show error 500.
in log show this.

A single line of a log that only states that there is an internal server error when you open the website is not enough to determine the cause.

Is the website software compatible with the PHP version that you have selected?
Are there more lines logged to /logs/error_log or /logs/access_ssl_log that show more details?
Are you using and .htaccess file and does it have some specific content that could trigger the error? Like "FollowSymLinks" while it should be "SymLinksIfOwnerMatch"?
...

Is the website software compatible with the PHP version that you have selected?

At first sight I can't see anything wrong. What's the deal with /admin? Is that a physical path in the website? Is there another .htaccess file in it?

From the information given, the most likely explanation is that the PHP version used is incompatible with the website scripts. As there are no further log entries available, this is the best guess I can do.
