hello,

First I want to apologize for my bad English i'm still learning but I hope you can understand the problem and help me too fix it.

I would migrate a microsoft Server 2003 with Plesk 9.2.1 (I call it server 1) to a microsoft server 2008 with Plesk 10.4.4 (I call it server 2)

Plesk 10.4.4 find the migration manager on Server 1.
i select the domains (There are over 20) and choose the settings.
Then I start the process.
After a few minutes i get the follow error.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<execution-result-mixed status="error" log-location="">
<transfer status="error">
<message code="" severity="error" id="">
<description>Unable to download file 'Joomla_Backup.zip' from remote host 'XX.XX.XXX.XX' using 'Https' transport.</description>
<message code="" severity="error" id="">
<description>The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.</description>
</message>
</message>
</transfer>
</execution-result-mixed>

has anyone an idea how i can solve this 403 problem?

With best regards
