Sitebuilder has lost one site's user, plan and site information. Site is visible and from the domain but there is no access to with Sitebuilder. No user, plan or site information exists anymore in the Sitebuilder. This occured after some error in the Plesk while updating domain setup.

How to get the working site back to Sitebuilder so user could update his/her content?

Please help.

If there is no site in Sitebuilder anymore there is no way to restore information for Sitebuilder site except with help of backup (if you have one). Published site has standard format of pages but site's data in Sitebuilder is stored differently. So if there is no backup for this site and you are sure that site is missing in Sitebuilder you can only create new site for this domain, restore site's structure with help of Sitebuilder wizard and put all content back manually (copy/paste).
